ActiveXperts SMS and Pager Toolkit is a toolkit to enhance applications and scripts with SMS and Pager capabilities. The toolkit can used to send SMS messages through SMS dial-in service providers, but also through a GSM phone, connected by InfraRed, BlueTooth or data cable.

SMS and Pager Toolkit is an ActiveX/COM component, and provides SMS and Pager messaging capabilities through a serial port, USB port, Bluetooth or through any TAPI compliant device. SMS and Pager Toolkit can send SMS messages directly through any mobile phone with modem capabilities, or through an SMSC ("Short Message Service Center") dial-in service provider. You just need a standard Hayes compatible modem (no GSM) to send SMS/Pager messages through a provider.
